WHAT WE DO

We collaborate

We collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, landowners, and the environment to construct communities that create affordable and healthy living spaces in Atlantic Canada.

Interested in partnering in a residential development as a landowner?

Step 1

Site analysis

Before planning any development on your property, it is essential to conduct a site analysis to determine its feasibility and identify significant habitats or agricultural land that require protection. The recommendations for a site-specific development plan are based on the findings of the site analysis, which is a crucial initial step.

Step 2

Development plans, approvals and permits

If your property is identified as suitable for residential development in the site analysis, the next step is designing a site plan. The surrounding community and residents are involved in the planning process. Final plans are submitted to local municipalities for review and approval.

Step 3

Implemention

After the plan is established and approved.  Timelines, schedules, and budgets are created and tracked during Step 3. This includes finalizing identified habitat protection and plans to maximize home efficiencies with passive design and potentially renewable energy. We work behind the scenes if you will, and collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and contractors to bring projects to fruition.
